Alien, H.R. Giger, Predator, Mars Attacks, Total Recall, Guardians of the Galaxy – Amsterdam Spook’s 2016 Halloween party theme is all about Sci-fi! Because – in space, no one can hear you SCREAM!

A legendary gathering of Amsterdam’s quirky creatives, dark souls and free-spirited misfits from around the world, Amsterdam Spook proudly presents the 16th edition of the Halloween Costume Party on Saturday, 29 October 2016 at Hotel Arena club. We’re busy 365 days a year conjuring up Halloween concepts, props, themes and general weirdness, so we’re thrilled to announce our 2016 Halloween party theme!

‘Dead Space’ Sci-fi Halloween Party

Inspired by the imagination and artistry of H.R. Giger and otherworldly films like Alien, Predator, Prometheus, Event Horizon, V, Star Trek, Star Wars, Total Recall, Mars Attacks, Guardians of the Galaxy. Extra-terrestrials, aliens and celestial beings are invited to descend on our interplanetary annual Halloween party at Hotel Arena.

Expect a bloodcurdling line-up of over 35 artists & DJs, special guest cosplayers, killer decor, stellar costumes and an authentic Halloween vibe that just can’t be beat.

2016 Amsterdam Halloween Festival

Serving up 4 days of bloody good fun, the 6th annual Amsterdam Halloween Festival will be held from 28 to 31 October 2016. Last year’s programme included makeup workshops, themed dinner, Halloween hotel rooms, an all-night horror movie marathon, and Spook’s infamous costume bash The Monster Bash at Panama. The festival draws in some 4,000 guests from all over the world – from Mexico to Dubai, the UK to the US. The 2016 festival programme will be announced early September.
